AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS & GST

All prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of 10% GST (goods & services tax) unless otherwise stated.

TRANSFER OF GOODS

Ownership does not pass to the purchaser until goods are paid for in full and funds have been cleared.

FREIGHT

Different freight methods may be utilised according to size and weight of the order.   Once your order is placed, we will endeavour to freight at the lowest possible prices to your area.  We will call  prior to dispatch to inform of additional freight charges or you may want to organise your own freight.

We will only ship products once payment in full has been received and cleared in our account. Once dispatched, products normally take 3 to 7 business days to arrive at your address, depending on your state. Upon dispatch an email will be sent to you with all tracking information.

Products other than AJF will be shipped direct to you from our suppliers. If there are any delays, or the supplier does not have any in stock, we will inform you ASAP by phone or email.

Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Cost for re-delivery attempts may be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.

While we shall endeavour to keep pricing current at all times, pricing may be subject to change without notice.

RETURNS POLICY

At Australian Jetty Fenders we make it our policy that all fenders and marine accessories are made to the highest standard.  And it is important that all our customers are totally satisified with our products.

Our products are checked thoroughly before they are sent.  If you are not entirely happy with a product you may return it to us for exchange, credit or a refund less postage/shipping costs providing if is still in pristine & unused condition & original packaging is intact. A copy of your receipts should accompany the returned product.  Returns will not be accepted after 14 days. Please contact us prior to returning the product.

Authorisation must be obtained by contacting Australian Jetty Fenders before any goods can be returned. Authorisation can be obtained by phoning 0439782504 or by emailing us at info@australianjettyfenders.com.au

Please note: All sale item purchases are final and not exchangeable.  All “per metre” products are final and not exchangeable.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

If a product is faulty please let us know as soon as possible. In some circumstances (such as where the fault may not be obvious) it may be necessary for us to return a product to the manufacturer or distributor for assessment.

ORDER DISPATCH TIMING

Online orders are downloaded several times a day.   Allow btween 3-5 days from placement of order to dispatch. If there is to be a delay beyond our normal processing time we will let you know by phone or email. If you’re unsure of the status of your order please check with us by phone or email
